Licensing

Sweets by Clo promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

No refunds

All sales are final with a 50% refund provided if the order is canceled within 1 week or more of the service date. The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the hoods unconditionally unless a claim that the goods are defective is made at time of delivery or pick up. At this point goods will be kept by Sweets by Clo and a 50% refund will be issued to the customer.

Risk of loss

Sweets by Clo assumes responsibility for the goods and any risk of damage, loss, or delay until the goods are delivered or picked up. Once the goods have been delivered or picked up, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss.
